POD Projects Group is a privately owned, Canberra-based company that specialises in property development and project marketing throughout the Canberra region. POD has already successfully delivered over 500 residential and commercial properties. We currently have over 300 properties under construction in the ACT spread across three projects in Kingston, Lawson and Gungahlin. Our future pipeline includes a mixed use development in Gungahlin of approximately 170 apartments plus commercial to be released in 2017, and another mixed use development again in Gungahlin of approximately 120 apartments plus commercial to be released in 2018. We are proud to engage in sustainable design and building practices through innovation that are environmentally efficient. All of our developments have double glazed windows and a high minimum Energy Efficiency Rating.
